Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot remote IT infrastructure and network connectivity for the Miami-based team.
- Provide advanced technical support to internal stakeholders via chat and video calls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement seamless remote work solutions.

Qualifications
