Responsibilities
- Provide advanced remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, chat, and video conferencing
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT problems with minimal supervision
- Document all support tickets and maintain accurate knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements
- Conduct remote system installations, configurations, and maintenance
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT support or related technical role
- Expertise in Windows/macOS, networking (TCP/IP, DNS), and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to resolve complex technical issues
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote environment
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote desktop tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
