Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across Windows/macOS environments via remote access

- Provide Tier 2-3 support for cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for team scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery efficiency

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in remote IT support or system administration
- CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certifications (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in enterprise monitoring tools (SolarWinds, ServiceNow)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network, hardware, and software issues
- Experience with VPN setup and remote desktop protocols
