Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for cloud infrastructure, network systems, and cybersecurity solutions
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues remotely via ticketing systems
- Implement security protocols and vulnerability assessments for client systems
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integrations and upgrades
- Conduct remote system monitoring and proactive maintenance
- Train junior technicians on best practices and troubleshooting techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in remote IT support with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Expertise in network troubleshooting, VPN configurations, and endpoint security
- Certifications (CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for client interactions
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote access tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
