- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell/Python to reduce manual tasks by 40%
- Conduct quarterly security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Train 50+ employees on cybersecurity best practices via virtual workshops
- Optimize Azure cloud environments for 99.9% uptime SLA
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline integration
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise-level IT support with 3+ years remote experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and Intune MDM
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certifications
- Proven track record in incident response with Jira/Servicenow
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for Windows/macOS/Linux environments
