Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, chat, and remote access
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, cloud services, and security protocols
- Document troubleshooting procedures, knowledge base articles, and client interaction logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical escalations
- Conduct system audits, vulnerability assessments, and implement proactive monitoring solutions
- Train clients on new technologies and best practices for digital security
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimization strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in remote IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration
- Expertise in Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Strong analytical skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk) and remote management tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Valid US driver's license for occasional on-site support (equipment provided)
