Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional agile sprints to deliver projects 20% ahead of schedule
- Analyze performance metrics using Tableau and Power BI to drive process improvements
- Onboard and mentor 3+ junior team members using our proprietary LMS platform
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to maintain 99.9% system uptime SLAs
- Develop automated workflows using Python and Zapier to reduce manual tasks by 40%
- Present quarterly operational insights to C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of remote operations experience with SaaS companies
