Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern technologies (e.g., React, Node.js, Python).
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define product requirements and architectural decisions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement scalable solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Go).
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
