Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize remote client operations with minimal supervision
- Coordinate equipment provisioning and technical support for distributed teams
- Analyze operational data to implement process improvements
- Lead virtual training sessions for new remote hires
- Develop SOPs for remote collaboration tools and workflows
- Monitor performance metrics and report to leadership
- Collaborate with IT to maintain secure remote infrastructure
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in remote or hybrid operations roles
- Proven expertise with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Asana)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Certification in remote work methodologies (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to self-motivate in independent work environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field
