Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile methodologies across 5+ concurrent initiatives
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and retrospectives with distributed teams across 3 time zones
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and maintain real-time project dashboards
- Manage stakeholder communications through executive-level presentations and written reports
- Mentor junior project managers while implementing continuous improvement processes
- Coordinate vendor relationships and contract negotiations for external resources
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience with SaaS implementations
- PMP or CSM certification required (PRINCE2 acceptable)
- Proven track record of managing remote teams with 50%+ distributed members
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project ecosystems
- Experience with budget management exceeding $500K annually
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours covering 9 AM - 5 PM CT core availability
