Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts during night operations to ensure product stability.
- Identify, document, and track software defects with precision using JIRA.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers during overlapping hours.
- Maintain and update test plans, test cases, and regression suites.
- Perform root cause analysis for reported bugs and validate fixes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in QA or Software Testing.
- Availability to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and API testing (Postman, REST).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High-speed internet and a dedicated workspace at home.
