- Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers within the remote team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to define feature requirements and architecture.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability for cloud environments.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry best practices and agile methodologies.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings virtually.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on remote collaboration.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote team environments.
- Ability to obtain a background check and adhere to strict data security protocols.
