Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Remote Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, product, QA) via Slack, Zoom, and Jira to deliver projects on time.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting rigorous code reviews.
- Problem Solving: Identify technical bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions to improve system efficiency and user experience.
- Testing & Deployment: Participate in the full SDLC, including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on React, Node.js, or Python.
- Remote Experience: Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment with excellent communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Tools: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and version control (Git).
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a self-directed role.
