Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Maintain and optimize existing codebases to ensure 99.9% uptime and fast load times.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineering team members.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Implement robust security best practices and data protection measures across all services.
- Debug complex issues in production environments and drive timely resolutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack web technologies.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js, Express, or Python.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team environment.
