Responsibilities
- Architect and implement responsive, high-fidelity user interfaces using React and modern CSS frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into production-ready code.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.js.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and CSS/SASS.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX) and RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment with strong communication skills.
