Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable cloud-native applications using AWS/GCP
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers through virtual pair programming
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD automation pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams using Agile methodologies (Jira/Confluence)
- Conduct security assessments and implement best practices
- Document technical specifications and architecture diagrams
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Go
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and Kubernetes
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker) and orchestration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent written communication skills for remote collaboration
- Portfolio showcasing complex projects with deployed solutions
