Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and microservices architecture.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and design patterns.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring high system availability and performance.
- Mentor team members on advanced frontend techniques and architectural decisions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Deep experience with React or Angular and modern state management libraries.
- Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to collaboration.
