Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-quality web applications using modern frameworks and languages.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure project alignment.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and integrate them into our tech stack to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Node.js, with experience in front-end frameworks like Next.js or Vue.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to work independently and self-manage in a remote setting, demonstrating high levels of accountability.
- Experience with database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and API design (REST, GraphQL).
