- Problem Solving: Identify technical challenges and devise innovative solutions to improve system performance and user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements and roadmaps.
- Testing: Develop and execute unit tests and integration tests to ensure software stability and reliability.
- Support: Troubleshoot complex issues and provide technical support to internal teams and clients.
- Agile: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on web technologies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and a major framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Backend: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and backend frameworks.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills.
