Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to industry best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize application performance and security.
- Agile Process: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and agile ceremonies to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Language: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Node.js is required.
- Tools: Strong experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
