Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and deliverables.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application architecture for speed and efficiency.
- Write clear, concise, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, or Python.
- Proven experience working in a remote-first or fully remote environment.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
