Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers to foster team growth.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a remote or distributed environment.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
- Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with a proven track record of working autonomously in a remote setting.
