Responsibilities
- Architect and Implement: Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Technical Leadership: Lead code reviews, contribute to technical architecture planning, and establish coding standards.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in code and database performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define product requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Remote Leadership: Manage time zones effectively and communicate proactively with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on web technologies.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (React, Vue, or Angular) or Python (Django/Flask).
- Cloud & DevOps: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
