Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions for enterprise clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define features and technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve bugs efficiently during off-peak hours.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to standards.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 99.9% uptime for critical services.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js (JavaScript/TypeScript preferred).
- Experience working in a remote-first or fully remote environment.
- Strong understanding of SQL and database management systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and optimize performance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Availability to work a night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM EST) as part of the core team.
