Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure best practices for security, performance, and maintainability.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture planning, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely solutions to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on remote collaboration tools.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python, along with experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric mindset.
