Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and technical debt within existing systems.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
