Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define features and technical specifications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
- Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in a remote or distributed team setting.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, or Python. Experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, self-directed, and capable of managing time effectively in a flexible work environment.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered).
