Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for cloud-based SaaS platforms
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues via remote access
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement permanent solutions
- Mentor junior support specialists and conduct training sessions
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential risks
- Manage SLA compliance and customer communication
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in remote IT support or cloud operations
- Expertise in AWS/Azure infrastructure and troubleshooting
- Strong background in Linux/Windows server administration
- Certifications (CompTIA Network+, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
