Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support via phone, chat, and email for enterprise clients
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues remotely
- Document cases meticulously in CRM systems for audit and knowledge base
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate critical infrastructure issues
- Develop and maintain troubleshooting documentation and training materials
- Mentor junior support staff on advanced resolution techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in remote IT support or helpdesk roles
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with empathy
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
- Experience with Zendesk, Jira, or similar ticketing systems
