- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear, professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all support interactions and resolutions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and report recurring technical issues.
- Conduct virtual training sessions and webinars to educate users on new tools and software.
- Ensure strict adherence to data security protocols and remote work policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common business applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree in Information Technology is preferred.
