Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for enterprise SaaS platforms
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers via Slack/Jira
- Mentor junior designers through weekly design critiques
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders
- Analyze user metrics to iterate on product experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years UX/UI design experience with B2B SaaS products
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design solutions
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Miro, Mural)
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Knowledge of healthcare/fintech compliance requirements
