Responsibilities
- Design and prototype high-fidelity UI/UX for web and mobile applications using Figma.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and create personas to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that meet business goals.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the team and clients with confidence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
- Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
