As a key member of our remote staff, you will bridge the gap between our leadership team and daily operations. You will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating high-level travel, and ensuring seamless communication across multiple time zones. This is a fully remote position, but we require candidates based in or willing to work from the Phoenix, AZ area to align with our core operational hours.

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize complex calendars for executives, scheduling meetings and appointments while blocking out dedicated focus time.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing email correspondence with professionalism, tone, and attention to detail.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Conduct market research and compile detailed reports to assist with strategic decision-making.
- Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines, creating agendas, and facilitating virtual meetings.
- Maintain and update CRM databases and internal documentation systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and service providers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant in a remote setting.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a native-level command of English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- High-speed, stable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com is highly preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
