Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate executive travel itineraries with precision.
- Oversee email management and triage incoming communications to ensure critical issues are addressed immediately.
- Conduct research and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for board meetings.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, acting as the central point of contact for remote teams.
- Handle expense reporting and budget tracking with strict adherence to company policies.
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant in a remote environment.
- Must be based in the Seattle, WA area to facilitate occasional in-person collaboration.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel skills required).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
