Responsibilities
- Architect and Develop: Design, code, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- SEO & Performance Optimization: Implement front-end strategies that enhance Search Engine Optimization and page load speeds.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to uphold our high technical standards.
- API Integration: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services seamlessly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to deliver cohesive products.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation for all systems and features.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Backend Proficiency: Strong understanding of Node.js or Python, and experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and version control workflows.
