Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase web traffic.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, content structure, and internal linking.
- Manage off-page SEO efforts, including outreach for high-quality backlinks and digital PR.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tracking tools.
- Collaborate with content creators and developers to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented.
- Present monthly performance reports to stakeholders with actionable insights.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within a remote or digital agency environment.
- Deep knowledge of Google's latest algorithm updates and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote setting.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is a plus.
