Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Mastery: Conduct comprehensive site audits to identify crawlability, indexability, and core web vitals issues, implementing solutions to improve site speed and performance.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies that align with business goals, focusing on high-value keywords and user intent optimization.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-page elements, ensuring rich, valuable content ranks prominently for target queries.
- Link Building & Authority: Lead outreach campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative domains, enhancing domain authority and referral traffic.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, providing detailed monthly reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor competitor strategies, market trends, and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings for enterprise-level clients.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of technical SEO, including schema markup, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and site architecture optimization.
- Tools: Expert proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into clear, actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; SEO certification is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex SEO issues and implement effective solutions rapidly.
