Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement improvements to site architecture, crawlability, and indexing.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value opportunities and gaps.
- Develop and optimize on-page content to improve search rankings and user engagement.
- Manage link-building campaigns and outreach strategies to build domain authority.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and proprietary tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, content creators, designers) to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of web development.
- Generate monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a demonstrable track record of increasing organic traffic.
- Deep knowledge of Google's core ranking factors and algorithm updates.
- Proficiency in technical SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console).
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical implementation.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive strategy.
