Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and rectify site performance issues, focusing on crawlability, indexability, and site speed.
- Develop and execute data-driven keyword strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to implement Schema markup and structured data for enhanced SERP features.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console to report on campaign success and ROI.
- Lead backlink profile analysis and outreach campaigns to build high-authority domain authority.
- Stay abreast of Google algorithm updates and industry trends to proactively adjust strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in Search Engine Optimization, preferably within an agency or high-growth startup environment.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Central guidelines and best practices.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience managing technical website implementations and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
