The Role:
You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies that increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance user engagement. You will work closely with content teams, developers, and designers to ensure our website is technically sound and content-rich.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and indexing problems.
- Develop and implement keyword strategies to target high-value search terms and drive qualified traffic.
- Lead off-page SEO efforts, including link-building campaigns and authority building strategies.
- Collaborate with content creators to optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headings, image alt text) for maximum SEO impact.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Stay abreast of the latest Google algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
- Manage the technical roadmap for website migrations and platform updates.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic and rankings for enterprise-level clients.
- Deep understanding of Google’s search algorithms and best practices.
- Proficiency in technical SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts.
