Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Audits: Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify and resolve technical issues, including site speed, crawlability, and indexing problems.
- Keyword Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven keyword strategies to target high-value search terms and drive organic traffic growth.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to optimize on-page elements, ensuring alignment with user intent and search engine algorithms.
- Link Building: Build high-quality backlinks through white-hat strategies to improve domain authority and search rankings.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console; generate detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor strategies to identify market gaps and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior SEO staff and provide technical guidance to the wider marketing team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, including a minimum of 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page link building strategies.
- Tools: Strong command of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Analytics: Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
