Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and identify opportunities to improve site architecture, crawlability, and indexability.
- Develop and execute strategic SEO campaigns focused on keyword research, on-page optimization, and off-page link building.
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console to report on traffic, rankings, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to implement SEO best practices and ensure high-quality user experiences.
- Monitor competitor strategies and industry trends to keep our clients ahead of the curve in the local and national markets.
- Optimize content for voice search and mobile-first indexing to capture emerging traffic sources.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in SEO, with a strong preference for candidates based in or willing to work remotely from Florida or Georgia.
- Deep understanding of Google algorithms, such as Panda, Penguin, and Hummingbird.
- Proficiency in technical SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
- Experience managing client relationships and communicating strategy to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
