You will collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing managers to drive traffic, increase visibility, and convert visitors into loyal customers. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from your home office while contributing to a world-class digital agency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website performance issues and improve crawlability.
- Lead keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover high-value opportunities.
- Optimize on-page content, meta tags, and site architecture for maximum search engine performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Manage off-page SEO initiatives, including link building and PR outreach.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithms and industry trends.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within a remote or distributed team environment.
- Strong proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Google Search Console.
- Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for technical optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Must reside within the state of Florida.
