Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings for key client websites.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, content structure, and internal linking architecture.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console; implement technical SEO fixes to improve Core Web Vitals.
- Lead off-page SEO efforts, including high-quality link building campaigns and PR outreach.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all assets.
- Generate and present monthly performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key wins and actionable insights.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within a remote or digital agency environment.
- Deep understanding of Google’s core ranking algorithms and E-E-A-T guidelines.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
