Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic for our clients.
- Technical SEO: Conduct rigorous site audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, meta tag issues, and site speed problems to ensure optimal performance.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to develop keyword-rich, high-quality content strategies that align with search intent and user experience.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools; provide actionable insights and monthly progress reports.
- Link Building: Execute white-hat link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority and build a strong backlink profile.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor movements and industry trends to stay ahead of algorithm updates and market shifts.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SEO, including both on-page and technical optimization.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how they impact SEO.
- Tools: Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics 4.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
