Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues impacting site performance and crawlability.
- Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, rankings, and conversion rates.
- Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to optimize on-page elements and site architecture.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Manage link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority and referral traffic.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within an agency or high-growth startup environment.
- Deep technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (WordPress, Shopify).
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Tag Manager is required.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
