Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Audits: Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and on-page optimization opportunities.
- Keyword Strategy: Perform in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to develop high-impact content strategies that drive qualified traffic.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators and copywriters to ensure all assets are optimized for search engines and user experience.
- Link Building: Execute and manage white-hat link building campaigns to increase domain authority and improve backlink profiles.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics, Search Console, and proprietary tools to report on campaign performance and ROI.
- SEO Training: Mentor junior team members and stakeholders on SEO best practices and search engine algorithm updates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, including both on-page and off-page optimization.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript; experience with SEO auditing tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are highly preferred.
