Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals to improve organic rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Technical Audits: Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and indexability problems.
- Content Optimization: Partner with content creators to optimize landing pages, blog posts, and assets for target keywords and user intent.
- Link Building: Lead high-quality link-building campaigns and outreach initiatives to acquire authoritative backlinks from relevant industry domains.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, providing actionable insights and weekly reports to stakeholders.
- Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor competitor strategies and market trends to stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry shifts.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic for mid-to-large scale websites.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Google's Search Algorithm, schema markup, robots.txt, and XML sitemaps.
- Tools: Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve SEO issues efficiently.
