Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and implement on-page and off-page optimization strategies to improve search rankings.
- Manage end-to-end technical recruitment cycles using top-tier Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Analyze web traffic data using Google Analytics and Search Console to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve website user experience and conversion rates.
- Optimize job postings and company content for maximum visibility on job boards and search engines.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and recruitment technologies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO, technical writing, and technical recruitment (minimum 3-5 years).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JSON data structures.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting tight deadlines.
