Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase lead generation for the company and client campaigns.
- Technical Recruiting: Source, screen, and interview technical talent (developers, engineers, marketers) to fill critical roles, including positions in Illinois and remote locations.
- Website Optimization: Conduct technical audits to identify and fix site issues, improve site speed, and ensure mobile-friendliness.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to optimize web pages, blogs, and landing pages using target keywords effectively.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to report on campaign success and ROI.
- Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking, social media, and job boards.
- Link Building: Execute white-hat link building campaigns to enhance domain authority and domain rating.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SEO and technical recruiting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), HTML/CSS basics, and Google Analytics.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to attract top-tier candidates and explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with the Colorado Springs team.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings and events.
